反毛綿
鎌倉で捨てられる予定だった古着を回収し、
原料として利用します
反毛綿はその後、紡績を経て糸になります。
糸は藍染めによってジーンズらしい色にそまります。
濃い色と薄い色を縦と横に織り、一枚の布に仕上げます。

職人による織り作業
1つ1つ職人の手作業によってジーンズが織られます。
布を裁断し、縫い合わせジーンズの形状になります。
織りあげられたジーンズは洗われます。
